How to verify communication from A.SHIMUS

  • All official emails from A.SHIMUS come from addresses ending in @a-shimus.live.

  • We primarily communicate through your customer account on our official website, our contact form, or verified customer service channels.

  • Any urgent request for personal information, payment, or gift card purchases is not from A.SHIMUS.

  • Our team will never pressure you with secrecy, urgency, or threats regarding your order or account.

What to do if you receive a suspicious message

  • Do not provide personal information, payment details, or gift card codes.

  • Forward the suspicious email to customersupport@a-shimus.live so we can investigate.

  • Report the incident to your local authorities and/or the relevant email provider (for example, Gmail or Outlook).
